Pay by the case, not by the hour.
A tenant who stops paying is expensive enough. We keep our costs as low as we can and pass the savings on to you.
Attorneys rarely charge flat rates. Most cover a set amount of work, then bill as much as $350 an hour. Many of our clients save anywhere from $700 to $1,500 by starting with us instead.
Many of our cases go uncontested. When that happens, no attorney is needed and you never enter a courtroom.
If your case does go before a judge, hiring an attorney is completely up to you. You can also appear in pro per.* Other eviction companies offer a trial attorney too, but they typically charge $350 to $450 per appearance.
